You can view the status of your orders at any time by logging into your account and visiting the “My Orders” section. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS (where applicable).

Delivery Timelines

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

• Kigali & Surroundings: 1–2 business days
• Other Regions in Rwanda: 2–5 business days
• International Deliveries: 5–15 business days (depending on location)
