Refund and Returns Policy

At Lifestyle (Acleo Ltd), your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair process for returns and refunds, under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

• The item was damaged, defective, or not as described
• You received the wrong item
• The item is unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories/tags intact

Non-returnable items include:

• Opened or used beauty, health, and personal care products
• Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life
• Digital products, licenses, or downloadable software
• Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

1. Email support@acleoltd.com within 7 days of delivery
2. Include:
   • Your Order ID
   • Reason for return
   • Clear photos of the item (if damaged/incorrect)
3. Wait for our team to respond with return approval and instructions

Important: Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly, we cover all return costs.
• For returns due to change of mind or customer error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed after we:

1. Receive the returned item
2. Inspect and verify its condition
3. Approve the return

Once approved:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Processing takes 5–7 business days
• In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (with your consent)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

• Double-check your payment account
• Contact your bank or payment provider

Exchanges & Replacements

We offer free replacements for:

• Items damaged in transit
• Defective or incorrect products

Contact us immediately upon receiving such items so we can expedite the replacement process.
